Anne Boecklin produceres af The Cave of Kientzheim-Kaysersberg, located on the west of Colmas, at one mile from Kaysersberg, Dr Albert Schweitzer place of birth, founded in 1955, groups together 150 wine growers whose vineyards are situated in the valley of Kaysersberg.
This represents an area of 180 hectares, yielding on average 13,000 hectolitres, principally from the communes of Kientzheim, Kayseresberg, Ammersschwihr and Sigolsheim.
The Cave is among the top 20 wine producing enterprises in Alsace.
