Lively and vibrant red berries and cherries on the nose with subtle earthy tones. An intense complex palate. Fruit and smokey, horse saddle freshly worked earth flavours with a dark chocolate and cinnamon on the long lingering finish. A relatively young wine with loads of ageing potential which will soften the wine in time. Best in 2-7years. A compellingly elegant example of this noble variety, showing layers of ripe blackcurrants with hints of cedar and walnuts. A balanced wine with fruit, spice and tobacco flavours. This wine displays a smooth finish and a long lasting after taste.
